Getting Started

Whether you're connecting with us by phone, email, website, or social media, your first point of contact will be with our patient care coordinators. They will answer any queries you might have, including the conditions we treat, the consultation process, treatment options, cost, and travelling to the Cayman Islands.

We offer a variety of treatments from advanced blood platelet treatments, including Regenexx-PLM and Regenexx-SCP, to same-day stem cell treatment, as well as our world-class cultured stem cell therapy, Regenexx-C, which is offered exclusively at Regenexx Cayman. Our team outlines the treatment options and can gather initial information about your condition to determine if PRP or stem cells could be a solution to your orthopedic issue.

The First Step

The first step is to schedule a consultation, either in person or via a tele-medicine consult, with one of our 11 U.S. board-certified physicians. Our team can provide you with all the necessary information and schedule a suitable date and time. During the consult, your physician will assess your condition, perform a physical assessment and diagnostic ultrasound (if in-person), discuss your treatment goals and suggested treatment options, and can even give you a candidacy rating so you know your expected outcome. If our physician deems you a candidate, and you decide to proceed with treatment, our team will send you the necessary paperwork and find a clinic date that works for you. They handle all your appointment scheduling, and of course, are on hand to answer any queries you might have. All patients receive a patient packet, which is the A-Z of everything you need to know about your time at Regenexx Cayman. Here, you will find in-depth information about pre-procedure preparation, your treatment, post-procedure instructions, and travelling to the Cayman Islands.

Arriving in Cayman

Once you arrive in Grand Cayman for your treatment, you’ll be collected from the airport by one of our drivers. They can take you to your accommodation along the Seven Mile Beach Corridor and can transport you to and from all your Regenexx Cayman appointments. You will also receive your welcome bag, which includes valuable information about your treatment, your appointment schedule, local phone numbers for the clinic and your physician, and even a few goodies!

Post-Procedure Care

After treatment, we’re still here to help! Your nurse will give you important post-procedure instructions and rehab protocols. You’ll receive a follow-up email from our clinic coordinators, and we will continue to be available if you have any questions once you return home.

Although you’re here for treatment, you are also visiting the beautiful Cayman Islands. Our clinic is located along Seven Mile Beach and there are dozens of attractions, restaurants, and activities for you to enjoy during your stay. Plus, we can recommend accommodations to suit your needs. Please note, some activities are not recommended post-procedure, and we can liaise with your physician to discuss any restrictions. All our staff live in Cayman year-round, and we love to share our favourite recommendations to showcase all that our island has to offer.
