Such an easy process. On my way to the Caymans I met a guy that had both his knees done the previous year. He said he was mountain biking 5 weeks after. I was coming down for the stem cell extraction. After returning for my knee procedure I know I could mountain bike after 6 weeks. Only problem is I don’t mountain bike. Very impressed with the outcome. My stem cell reinjection was March 18, 2025. Dr Williams gave me a better orthopedic analysis than my visits to 2 other orthopedic doctors I visited multiple times. This recommendation is a bit overdue, but better late than never. Six months ago I had a PRP treatment with Dr. Williams at Regnexx Cayman. I was suffering from patella femoral pain syndrome and hypermobility in my knees. I couldn’t go a single day without pain and swelling which made it difficult to do basic things. Even the lightest exercises would cause me swelling and pain and make it difficult to get down on the floor with my daughter or even go up the stairs. I am now able to do all the things. I had my cervical spine and knees done about six months ago. I just finished up a grueling mountain hike that I have done countless times before, that has a 3500' steep downhill run, something I have dreaded for the last 15+ years due to the knife-stabbing pain in my kneecaps that ALWAYS occurs, followed the next day by knees so swollen that i cant even squat to 90 degrees. I was stuned yesterday when i realized half way down....wait a minute, this barely hurts at all. Then today, NO swelling at all??!! This is miraculous to me. My mother Melissa Kehoe, had stem cell procedures done in the Cayman clinic, and said that she would do it again in a heart beat. When I went to Dr Torrance I had just had foot surgery which didn’t relieve my neuroma pain and I had a severe tear in my elbow. I was a mess. I could barely walk and my arm was useless. The regenexx team was really great! They are professional and knowledgeable at what they do. I had 3 disks in my low back injected with there cultured stem cells and the area around it ligaments etc. My procedure was on January 9th with Dr. Pitts everything went smooth but I was in a lot of pain afterwards. They prescribed pain pills just before the procedure and there's a pharmacy in the same area as regenexx that they use so it was easy. After the procedure they have a shuttle to take you to your room and wheelchair to use for the rest of the time your in the cayman islands. The driver helped to lift me into the shuttle and lifted me out at the hotel and even helped lifting me into bed when I got there and I'm 6'3" and 225 pounds I was very grateful🙏 The pain from the procedure lasted for roughly 3 weeks. After that I started gradually feeling better as time goes on. It's been about 3.5 months since the procedure and I'm feeling really good now! I was bent over and leaning to the side due to really bad pain now I can stand up straight and the pain seems like it just disappeared. I had 2 lamenectomys in the past and uc davis in Sacramento wanted to do a spinal fusion on me and it scared me that was there solution. The Regenexx Cayman team is terrific. My wife and I have had repeated injections there over the last 12 years. We've had good results that keep us coming back anytime we injure (or RE-injure) something. It started with my left knee that was badly damaged and arthritic. Since then we've done knees, shoulders, elbows, ankles, back, neck, hands... anything that needs work. We are both pretty athletic (skiing, tenis, yoga)... but aging. And things get damaged more easily as we age (me 70yo, her 56yo). We always keep a draw of cells on ice down there so that we can just go and get a treatment when needed, and then have another draw for next time before we go. Regenexx isn't the cheapest but I'm pretty sure it is the best stem cell treatment you can get today.

I am age 68, was diagnosed with DDD in 2014. I had ADR surgery on C5/C6 in 2020. Then, my health started to decline, and pain increased 8 months after surgery. The surgery was a failure and I had to undergo a second surgery to replace the ADR in 2022. This surgery also failed, and my health deteriorated quickly – even more after the second surgery. I've always been very active and have a background as a dancer and a dance teacher. An accident left me with significant damage to various tendons, ligaments, and a bone in my ankle and both knees, resulting in a lot of instability and pain. I have been getting treatment from Regenexx Cayman since 2016. I require consistent treatment, due to joint hypermobility and conective tissue issues. After years of having issues, Dr. Newton was actually the doctor that diagnosed me with being on the Ehlers Danlos spectrum, before that doctors could not pin point what was wrong with me, so I struggled with constant pain and even had headaches that were so painful I would partially lose my vision. I also had joint instability, joint locking, and lots of clicking in my joints. I'm only 22 years old, and was fortunate to have begun having Regenexx treatments when I was around 16-17. Having this level of pain is quite unlikely for someone my age, and was extremely frustrating as I didn't know what was wrong me or how to really treat my pain, beyond extremely short term medications. I have been getting treated by Dr. Newton ever since and he is one of the best! He is so kind and goes above and beyond to make sure I feel comfortable in the procedure (even lets me play whatever music I would like). Treatment at Regenexx Cayman has changed my life, from not being able to drive, due to extreme hip pain and joint locking and being in an average pain level of 8, thanks to treatment at Regenexx I am now at an average pain level of 3 (it should be reiterated that because of my condition, it is unlikely that I will ever be completely pain free, and will require ongoing treatment to maintain my outcomes and quality of life). My husband and I have been extremely happy with the excellent staff and the results of our treatment with Regenexx, at their Colorado office as well the Cayman site. We are both retired Physical Physical therapists with many years of experience in rehabilitating clients after orthopedic surgeries. The reality is that for many patients, the process is very painful, and often without remarkable success. The Regenexx physicians carefully evaluate potential cases, and will not perform procedures on people who they do not deem as good candidates. They also carefully follow their patients, and give guidance for success. The recovery periods we have been through, have been much shorter than conventional surgeries and all of our outcomes have been positive. I would recommend for everyone to consider all options before undergoing any type of procedure, but the Regenexx group is thorough, thoughtful and amazingly professional.
