Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Dr. Pitts is an attending physician at the Centeno-Schultz Clinic, where he is the Interventional Orthopedics and Regenerative Medicine Fellowship director. Dr. Pitts is also involved in the research and development of the regenerative procedures and post-procedural rehabilitation at the Centeno-Schultz Clinic.
Dr. Pitts has extensive experience in musculoskeletal medicine, rehabilitation, as well as spine and sports medicine. He is an expert in regenerative medicine and interventional orthopedics, highly skilled in fluoroscopic-guided procedures, as well as diagnostic and interventional ultrasound.
Dr. Pitts was the recipient of the Vanderbilt School of Medicine Williams Scholarship as well as the Jackie Robinson Foundation scholar. He has presented and taught at many major international conferences. Dr. Pitts has been published in numerous peer-reviewed journal articles and is also the author of the book, Nutrition 2.0: Guide to eating and living to achieve a higher quality of life now and into your golden years.
Dr. Pitts enjoys traveling, nutrition, outdoor activities, hiking, snowboarding, lifting weights, cross training, most sports, including basketball and tennis, watching movies, and reading.
